In general, our busiest time is April – October, when it’s especially important to book ahead. During the annual Hebridean Celtic Festival week (mid-July but check www.hebceltfest.com) we are usually booked six months in advance.

We are open all year round. Our prices are regularly reviewed and all include ensuite facilities, wireless broadband, parking and full breakfast.

Out of Season Rates (November – March)

Small Double (Single occupancy) – £89 per room per night.

Deluxe Superking  en-suite room – £125 per room per night.

Superking Suite (with seperate livingroom) – £145 per room per night.

In Season (April – October)

Small Double (Single occupancy) – £120 per room per night.

Deluxe Superking en-suite room – £165 per room per night.

Superking Suite (with seperate livingroom)  – £189 per room per night.

Terms and Conditions

For all bookings a valid credit/debit card is needed to guarantee your reservation and we reserve the right to pre-authorise your card prior to arrival.  For multiple room bookings and for all bookings over the  Hebridean Celtic Festival (HebCelt) we require a non-refundable deposit of 50%.  We accept major credit and debit cards (but not American Express), cash or direct payments to our bank account. Due to the abolition of the UK cheque guarantee system, we do not accept cheques.

Children and Pets

Jannel is unable to accommodate children.

Guest Accommodation

All guest rooms are on the first floor (up one flight of stairs) so unfortunately there in no wheelchair access.

Standard Cancellation Policy – If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Group Bookings/Festival Bookings Cancellation Policy – we require 31 days notice of cancellation, if cancelled later or in case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

To cancel an existing booking please call us as soon as possible. Please note in case of ferry/plane disruptions due to bad weather or any other reason, we cannot be held responsible and our standard terms and conditions apply. Please ensure you book your ferry in advance and have adequate travel insurance to cover travel disruptions.

Check In/Out

You may check in from 1:30pm-9:30pm (unless by prior arrangement)

You must check out by 10:30am on your final day (we are able to hold baggage if required)

Internet – Wireless internet is available throughout the guesthouse and is free of charge
